This does not sound healthy. What is the time for daydreaming, the time to go on a walk with the dog that’s grown up and to enjoy the beautiful flowers? These are simple things we should do for ourselves.

One is true mental illness and the other is simply because we do not care about our mental health. It is something we often forget about when it concerns our health.
